We have changed our operating practices to protect our staff and customers during this time:
Our Drivers will no longer require signatures from our customer on delivery, and instead will be utilising a photographic Proof of Delivery system. Customer is still required to be onsite for delivery, however, we will be operating a 2m distance between both our drivers and our customers at all times for all of our protection.
We will not be processing any orders at our depots; all orders need to be placed online or over the phone prior so we can arrange a collection slot for you. As you arrive, please remain outside the premises and call the office number with your order information so that we can arrange safe transfer of goods whilst avoiding any contact between both our employees and our customers at all times for all of our protection.
Our fabrication team are still working to provide stock for our customers, but they are working under new guidance to ensure they are maintaining a safe distance apart. Many of our office staff are working from home, however, we are still providing over the phone and website support to customers.
We will be continuing to monitor the situation and update our staff and customers as much as we can. If there are any updates, we will ensure that our customer is aware as soon as possible and updates will be posted clearly on our website and social media accounts.
During this difficult time, supply of fencing has become limited. We wanted to assure you that we have a large supply of mesh and temporary fencing as well as crowd management barriers available. These are available for delivery on our range of efficient delivery services including specific day and time slots
